We want to help give you and your puppy the best start together with our puppy package. Through this service, we will provide support before the arrival of your puppy and also after to ensure you have plenty of guidance and assistance throughout the process.

Before the arrival of your puppy we spend 90 minutes with you to run through the below and any other questions you may have:

  • Essential equipment

  • Picking up your puppy

  • Sleeping arrangements

  • House training

  • Crate training (if necessary)

  • Setting up your puppy for success

  • Introducing the puppy to other family members including children and pets

  • Fun enrichment games

  • Socialisation

  • Training methods

  • Teething

Once your puppy has arrived, we dedicate 3 sessions with you for a duration of 1 hour per session to talk about and help with:

  • Recall

  • Basic obedience (sit, down, wait)

  • Loose lead walking without pulling

  • Husbandry (handling your dog for care purposes e.g. vets)

  • Settling

  • Food manners

  • Resource guarding

  • Puppy biting

  • Establishing boundaries at home

  • Door manners

Pricing

We offer this package online through video calls for £275.

In addition, we can also tailor this package to include face to face contact, particularly for after the puppy has arrived. We only provide this for those within London and surrounding areas. Please contact us for further information on this including pricing as this is dependent on location.
